He attended Pennsylvania State University where his focus was in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Eventually, he got involved with real estate acquisition, development, management, and marketing. Tim knew immediately that this was his calling and has over 7 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Through his many life experiences, Tim learned that creating and maintaining relationships with others is what life is all about.
